How to Order

Please follow these simple steps to place your order:
1. Select Products
  • Browse and select the products that suit your needs on the website.
  • You can also consult with us if you require custom products.
2. Send Order Data to Admin
Contact our admin via WhatsApp by clicking the WhatsApp icon available at the bottom of the webpage. Please ensure you send the following complete information:
  • Shipping Details: Recipient's name, active phone number, and complete address (Street name, house/block number, neighborhood/sub-district details, city, province, and Postal Code).
  • Product Details: Product specifications, Minimum Order Quantity (MoQ), and the required quantity.
3. Receive Payment Invoice
  • Our admin will verify your order details.
  • The admin will then send an official invoice to you.
4. Make Payment
Transfer the total cost according to the invoice exclusively to the company's official bank account:
  • Bank: Mandiri
  • Account Number: 176-00-0765253-8
  • Account Name: PT. Maxlab Indonesia
5. Processing & Shipping
  • Once the payment is received, your order will be processed immediately.
  • Depending on the transaction time and order queue, shipments are made on the same day or the next business day.
  • We will attach and send the proof of shipment to you.
  • You just need to sit back and wait for your ordered items to arrive at your destination.
